Car valet left a bit to be desired. Boot area not cleaned windows not wiped clear. Small points but you asked.

Louis Yon is a nice and respectful service advisor and did his job brilliantly. He even gave me a time frame of when to come to avoid me waiting and let his actions speak for him as id prefer.

absolutely fantastic. it was my sons birthday when we went in, when we returned to collect car they gave him a card and a BMW water bottle, he was very happy and a lovely touch.

On this occasion, I was not happy but they listened to my concern and fixed it which made me happy. I was delayed but made it to work without having to cancel my morning appointment.

Everything was done as requested/expected. However the Service Advisor, Graham Cairns, at Sytner Luton was excellent and explained and re-assured us regarding the amber items on the Vehicle Health Check. Full marks to him for Customer Service.

On the visit to carryout the service. Some trim which was removed to allow for the micro filter replacement was not correctly reinstalled. This led to a rattle which I managed to identify and I secured the trim.

Luton BMW offered to do repair work, which should be a recall for all affected BMW with my problem, £150.00 inspection and £250+vat per hour is too much to pay

Work completed satisfactorily but I am disappointed that BMW did not contribute to the cost of the parts involved bearing in mind that they should not disintegrate after four years from new.
