Clean and tidy showroom . Toilet facilities available . Tea and coffee machine available free of charge . Was looked after very well by the sales people who had good knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. Also very polite .

Service cost increased by £150 at check in due to unforeseen additional work. After the service I was told the aux belt was completely shredded and could fail at any moment, on inspection by myself, there was fairly minor damage evident.

Wanted a wing mirror cover fitted, was not told that it would be different to the existing one. Paid £110 for a mirror that does not match. Very unhappy that this was not communicated to me.

Brought the car in to have tyres, pads and discs changed. Left with a £2000 bill with neither tyres nor discs done. Also had to return to have a part replaced which didn't need replacing according to your technician that fit the replacement

as VIP customer if Sytner had offered me a collect & return service or at least ran me to luton train station once i dropped off my car rather than having to pay for a taxi. The lack of this is a big negative compared to customer service i use to get

very Satisfied, however I dont understand how you gave me money off my Brake fluid service which is a BMW service but when it came to being quoted for my rear Tyres to be changed you was 190 pound more expensive than someone else for the same tyres.

Having made this branch my default as Milton Keynes are woeful.. I was treated very well once again by Nikki, courtesy car provided whilst my own car was fixed as promised..felt like I was treated like a valued customer instead of just a pay cheque??

The vehicle was booked in for review of 3 issues, all of which I reported ahead of the visit. After 3.5 hrs the review was complete, but nothing repaired. It is disappointing nothing is actually fixed during the visit. It wastes customers time.

There is a persistent squealing noise on reverse. The car was been looked at twice by BMW, who have advised they have found no fault when in reality its so loud and obtrusive to neighbours and general population passing by. It is not acceptable.

One service person said I need to get some work done another said it's not needed. Felt a little that work was being pushed that likely is not needed. In addition, £220 to just look at (not fix) each of the two noted minor issues is a little steep.

They replace the egr , and next day I noticed I have oil leaking from pipe next to egr and some pipes around not clipped . Went back and they said I broke the pipe and to leave the car there as no one available to help . Very messy mechanical issue
